This design for my lovely client in North York had a number of elements they wanted to address, including the desire for an outdoor cooking area close to the kitchen, the need for a larger and more functional back deck area, and more hardscaping throughout to solve the problem of wet ground.

They have an unused, 14’ wide side yard that offers the perfect opportunity to incorporate a new cooking area with bar and outdoor dining area. We have included new paving stones throughout that match the front of the house and then carry you right through to the back garden with a new foundation for their gazebo and a new back deck. With older children and a dog, this design offers lots of space for everyone along with some highly functional areas for lounging and entertaining.
