My clients were looking to pursue a number of enhancements to their property, front and back, and wanted a cohesive design to tie all the elements together. The design included a new deck, planters, new stone seating benches, and a lighting plan, along with some ideas for a new side gate and front planting plan suggestions. We also planned to remove a 'deck to nowhere' and instead replace it with an elegant black metal juliette balcony off the dining room where they could open the French doors and enjoy the view.

Once the design had been laid out, and the stone bench feature decided upon, we engaged Orion Landscaping to implement the structural components, and Smith Metal Works Ltd to quote on the creation and installation of the juliette balcony (which will be added later).

The changes give the client a much more refined feel to their beautiful backyard that already had great bones.
